A good and plain hotel when you just want to visit London. To a german traveller ist seams quite loud - the only room window goes to the patio where other guests pass by until deep in the night; the doors are banging and often unvoluntarily slammed because of the door lockers. People speaking on the floor will be heard clearly inside the room, so we didn't sleep well all night.

Often no water under the shower,anytime not even in "rushoure".If you had water anytime, it was cold.At the first breakfast, there was no Bred or toast at 9-15.Employees sais there is "no bred" thats all, not sorry or anything absolutly unfriendly.

4 stars ..no way..they don`t change towels and wash cups ... very strange and neprofesional people in receptional, except one guy which completed every our wish.. all in all you get what you pay and I think that I will stay next time in hotel Nayland again...
eventually english hotel standard are different and lower as elsewhere .

We were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the service provided, would recommend. We were only staying overnight and appreciated the chance to stretch our legs and take a walk in a friendly neighborhood.

Exellent location, very close to Paddington station. The room was small, but comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were clean. Breakfast was ok, no English breakfast just careals and toast.

The room and bathroom was about the smallest I have ever used in a Hotel, but the service and the professionalism of the employees was above very good.
