I took ill during my trip and the staff was very helpful directing me to a NHS walk in clinic. I've very grateful.
Great Location...right across the street from Liverpool Street station. Access to the tube and regional trains.

The room was cold, the bedding was awful - it was made up well but a cold room during winter required blanket or quilting.

Excellent place to feel like home. Spacious 2 bedroom to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Having a kitchen was great. Right next to Liverpool Street Station. Walked to the tower bridge and tower of london. It could of used more comfortable couches for lounging at night and a teflon pan to make scrambled eggs. Other than that, it was great.

Overall the stay was OK but the traffic noise is very loud when in the lounge area. Compared with other apartments I have stayed in London, this was a little diappointing for the money we paid.

it was my 30th birthday and therefore had a few friends round for drinks before we went out and the hotel staff were fantastic! i would recommend staying here to all my friends and family - its so much nicer than a hotel and the facilities are fantastic.

One or two minor malfunctions in the apartment but staff acted promptly to solve them. Location was good for us as we specifically wished to be in that area. Good location also for easy arrival from Stansted by rail to Liverpool St station (just across the road)and good location for City business people. A few tube stops to central London and usual tourist areas but not a problem, good tube services from Liverpool St although some lines closed at weekend for ongoing maintenance. Good value at weekend compared with typical London hotel prices and offers much more private space than a typical hotel. We'd use 196 Bishopsgate again.

The shower should be chsanged as it is really inconvinient and not working properly.

This is a very good alternative to the traditional Hotel - ideal for Business traveller or family weekend break
