I have stayed in many many hotels over the years but I do have to say, without reservation, that this hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The standards were immaculate, service was outstanding and my overall experience will serve to recommend this hotel to my fellow countrymen here in Norway should they wish to travel to London. Congratulations on a top class hotel which is in no way expensive in comparison to other London Hotels. I give you ten out of ten.!!!

Nice place in a great location but far too many catches that get you later so be warned e.g.
A) $20 per day for internet access!
B) Poor and slow wifi access, even at this high price
c) $30 for breakfast!!! And lousy coffee for this too!
D) Front desk ignores your call....I had to give up and go down in person to get an answer
E) Slow service and erratic billing -- staff mixed up charges, forgot orders, ignored customers in restaurant, seemed confused on most issues
F) Ludicrous charges for phone use
So, use the hotel to sleep in but eat elsewhere and get wifi access for free at nearby restaurants. If you have an issue, stand at the front desk and just keep waiting to talk to someone who might understand.
