We are looking to visit again and would stay there every time.. Staff excellent and very very help full. I booked 3 rooms and all the party had a great time. Brill location can walk everywhere.. Clean comfortable. Staff very friendly and polite.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and liked the sharing closet (for iron, extra blankets, pillows, etc.) and water availability very much. Hotel is situated within walking distance of many London attractions and would stay again or recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Hotel factilities and location brilliant , even got into our room early. My only complaint is the towels, only 1 hand towel and the bath towels are not bath towels! - coud be larger.
