Escludendo la mancanza di cortesia di gran parte del personale (con poca dimestichezza con l'inglese) è senz'altro da consigliare a chi cerca un buon punto d'appoggio senza troppe pretese. Situato a 10 minuti da Victoria Station e 15 min da Backingham Palace (a piedi). Ottima colazione mentre lo stato della stanza lascia un po' a desiderare. Il riscaldamento funziona a dovere, eccezion fatta per il bagno, dove sembrava ci fosse più freddo che all'esterno (la ventola di aerazione è collegata DIRETTAMENTE con l'esterno!).
In ogni caso, vivamente consigliato a chi cerca un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

- located at about 15 mins walk from Buckingham Palace and 10 from the nearest tube station (Victoria);
- decent English breakfast, served from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.;
- cheap fares, nice for those who just need to sleep at night saving money for their journey in London.
DOWNs:
- the rooms are not the cleanest you'll ever seen and (our) bathroom was so cold we expected to freeze after a morning shower (...);
- the hotel staff barely understand a decent English, so in case you have some kinda problems expect yourself not to be understood (!);
All in all it's not too bad if you don't dare to expect much. Fares are very low and if you consider hotel's location you really can't have more for less.
