Globalement, j'ai été déçu par rapport aux prestations et photos décrites sur le site. Les chambres sont petites et peu confortables. Elles méritent d'être rafraîchies. La télévision ne propose pas beaucoup de chaînes, aucune en français. La propreté est faible. Pour exemple, il n'y a pas de brosse WC dans les toilettes. Les poubelles sont maculées. L'accès aux étages est étroit. La salle du petit déjeuner est minuscule. On se bouscule. Les produits proposés au petit-déjeuner sont restreints. Les viennoiseries industrielles sont toutes molles, pas fraiches.

Mi attendevo una soluzione essenziale ma non al di sotto delle minime aspettative di igiene, sicurezza e onestà. Le stanze sono molto piccole senza luci o supporti a fianco ai letti, vetri sporchi, tende impolverate, lenzuola da ospedale, materassi a vista. Impianto elettrico non a norma (il phon è collegato all'impianto con cavi e morsetti che vanno in cortocircuito), colazione a base di formaggio e pane tostato in una stanza che ha più tavoli che spazio per muoversi (meglio non guardare in cucina). Se non basta, tentano pure di fregare sul cambio con l'euro truccando il cambio della transazione della carta di credito.

Sono assolutamente insoddisfatto del servizio avuto. Per due giorni consecutivi non hanno rifatto la camera! Personale scansafatiche e poco gentile. Camera strettissima (non più di 20 cm tra i due letti e non più di 30 dal muro) bagno di dimensioni tipo traghetto. Il telecomando della tele non funzionava, al momento in cui l'ho fatto presente il rimedio è stato: farlo sparire! Non solo wi-fi a pagamento ma pure la navigazione sul pc dell'hotel. Niente ascensore. Colazione in una stanza adiacente alla cucina sempre zeppa degli odori della cucina (un giorno si è bruciato qualcosa e tutti puzzavamo). La colazione al minimo sindacale (niente biscotti o brioche, ad esempio).

First we were a little afraid to stay in a room in the basement, but soon changed our mind. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and the service excellent. Hotel location could not be better, as we arrived from Luton airport with Greenline coach, that stopped at about 3 minutes walk from the hotel.

La pulizia è indispensabile in un albergo. Non si può definire tre stelle l'Hotel Hanover.
