Excellent location, short walk to Shepard`s Bush, a great shopping center with suprising choice of top restaurants. Central line takes you downtown quickly. The staff at the hotel are pleasant and nice. Could do with a lady manager who could organize a "clean up" of halls and backgarden ;-)

Carenza dei servizi di camera. Richiesta riparazione illuminazione assicurata, ma mai eseguita. Carenza struttura per alloggio bagagli.

Please eliminate all the whires to swich-on the lamps in the rooms, they are allways making problems and failures. Why not use a switch like in all the other hotels?
By other hand Is necesary to make abailable internet at least in the hall or the room.
The milk in the breakfast have to be hot and only is available cold.

Una volta che è stata assegnata la camera, controllare che non sia troppo piccola e che tutti gli accessori interni alla camera funzionino.

Rooms increadably small, rooms at the front were very very noisy. Bathroom small, but clean. Not at all easy to use mirror as you could not get in from of the sink, had to be used from the side. Breakfast room was not big enough for all the guests.

The heating system didn't work the first night and water wasn't available the second morning! I got a cold and couldn't get a shower before leaving!
