I visit london regularly for business purposes and everytime I stay in a different hotel because until now all of them showed qualities that is not worth staying the second time. This is the hotel I will most probably choose in my future trips to London. It is a bargain for the quality it offers..

1. Lift only goes to 2nd floor. Need to be fit to carry heavy luggage up rest of stairs (which are quite narrow) to top of building.
2. Staff smiled and were helpful; a welcome attitude.
3. Bathroom: clean and spacious in deluxe. Broken tile in mid floor was not good. Shower water at 9.30/10 a.m. was tepid; disappointing.

the rooms and bathrooms were way tooooooo small to be comfortable. There were no bathrobes as advertised! other than that everything was perfect!

We stayed in the large room with 2 stairs, and had ordered a extra bed for my 13 year old son and also payed for it. The extra bed was just terrible, a real carbage bed with dirty madrasses, and eventhoug we did complain about it, he did not get a proper bed. So he had to sleep on the leather couch, and we still payed for his extrabed.
If the hotel sells extrabeds, they should be in good and nice shape and real beds in the large room.
Now we were paying for no good place to sleep for my son in his first visit to London.

The hotel had an excellent balance between simplicity and style. It didn't overfurnish or decorate the rooms. plain clean colours, just what we wished for.

Altough your staff is really polite, the room needed urgently renovation.
The bed was broken.
Comparing to other hotels in this price category there´s no water cooker on room, as well as you can not get into the bathroom if want to open the door.

Without exception all of the staff we met during our stay were very helpful and courteous, nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel very welcome and as part of the family - our thanks to all of them for a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

Comfortable boutique hotel, very convenient for tourist attractions. Tea & coffee making facilities in bedroom would have been welcome addition.

The room was very comfortable and the TFT tv with digital channels great. Only annoyance was disturbance due to stair lights flicking off and on all night

I found this hotel pleasant and quiet, the breakfast was a new experience with the lounge effect.
The overall room appointments were of good quality, and the bathroom was above average, although small.
The only disappointment was the size of the single room, which was very small and difficult to move around.
However, despite these issues, I would use this hotel again.
